Complete your profile to receive a self-help summary, full of guidance and support, detailing small changes to improve your working life. Your manager or wellbeing team (you choose) receives an easy to use report about workplace adjustments that can help you achieve your full potential. |

Complete your profile to receive a self-help summary, full of guidance and support, detailing small changes to improve your working life. Your manager or wellbeing team (you choose) receives an easy to use report about workplace adjustments that can help you achieve your full potential. |
Step 4 |
You’ll discuss your needs and agree any changes to put in place. If additional actions (such as an expert assessment) are required, they can easily be requested with a click from your ClearTalents report. |
